· Shipping Information
We can ship to virtually any
address in the world. Note that some products cannot (due to international laws
or patent protections) be shipped to international destinations and we will
indicate as such in the product description.

Note: Orders are processed Monday through Friday and can take 2 to 3 business
days to process once your order is placed.
Shipping costs depend on the
weight of the order and shipping destination. This will be calculated when you checkout your shopping cart.
The
shipping time varies depending on the shipping method chosen. The shipping
methods available depend on the products purchased, availability of the
products at the respective warehouses and shipping destination. The website
will automatically determine the shipping methods available based on the
various factors and present them accordingly in the Shipping section of the checkout process.
The delivery time typically takes
about 6 to 15 working days depending on how the package is routed through the
various postal systems/custom. We provide door-to-door delivery. All orders
shipped are insured in transit.

Once an order has shipped, a
confirmation will be emailed to you automatically. For postal deliveries to

· Exchange
Policy:
If a customer is delivered the wrong item, they
may exchange it for the correct one. In this circumstance, please email us within 5 days of having received the
package for an exchange authorization number. All you must do is send the
product back in its original state.
· Defects:
Upon receiving new shipments we always examine our
merchandise for damages and defects. Please note that it is also your
responsibility to make sure everything is satisfactory. All defects must be
reported within 30 days in order to receive your replacement.
· Note
– Exchange (Shipping Error or Defect):
Customer satisfaction is our number one goal and
while other businesses do not issue a refund on DVD products, we are
continuously doing refunds and exchanges in satisfactory level. If your
purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item
for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on
returning your purchase.
Please provide us with the purchase information --
order number, customer name, and customer phone number.
Orders are processed for shipment
during normal business hours only (9am - 5:30pm, Mon - Fri, excluding
Holidays).
The customer is responsible for
all additional shipping costs that may occur from an incorrect address or
refused shipment.
If a package is returned to our
facility without reason, we will contact you via email and/or telephone to
resolve the issue in a timely fashion.
UPS deliveries are NOT available
to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
UPS does NOT deliver on Saturdays
or Sundays.
If you will receive a video that
is defective or improperly manufactured, return it to us with a copy of the
invoice and an explanation of the defect within 30 days and it will be replaced
with an acceptable copy of the same title. Videos are not exchangeable. We
reserves the rights to impose a restocking fee of up to 20% on titles returned
that are not defective.
Packing
materials?
Items need to be in original
packaging for returns.
The following
conditions apply:
RMA number: After you contact us we will send you
a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number will last for a
maximum of 15 days. We will not accept exchanges and refunds with invalid or
missing RMA numbers. Mark RMA numbers clearly on the shipping package. Include
a copy of your invoice and specify whether a return or an exchange is desired.
If the returned item does not satisfy our return policy requirements, it will
be shipped back at the customer's expense.
New-condition: All purchased items that are unused, unaltered,
and within their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Custom products cannot be refunded. Defective videos can only be replaced with
another of the same title.
The packaging must
be intact: Adding
labels, damaging, or allowing damage to the packaging will result in forfeiture
of the refund/replacement request. If the returned item does not satisfy our
return policy requirements, it will be shipped back at the customer's expense.
All products must be shipped for technical inspection before refund will be
issued. For instructions on how to send to "Getezset Technical Inspection
Department" closest location contact us via email.
A full refund (after a product inspection), minus our actual
ship cost(which is always more than $9.99) and a 15% restocking fee,
will be tendered, or a replacement can be requested. You are responsible for
shipping the package back to us.
Modification to
Terms of Use:
We reserve the right to update or modify these
Terms and, any additional terms, codes of conduct or guidelines, without prior
notice. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms and your
continued use of the Websites constitutes your agreement as to all such updated
or modified terms.
